Commission TOS

Buying an illustration from me means you agree with the following terms of service.

General, Permission and Copyright

For personal non-commercial use only. Commercial work requires an extra fee and depends on how the work will be used.

Selling prints, stickers, books, etc. Even if it's your character is prohibited unless we agree on a fee for commercial use.

Training any class, type or form of Artificial intelligence with my artwork is strictly forbidden.

I have the right to use commissions for self promotion purposes, including posting WIPs, videos and the final illustration in my social media accounts.

There is a privacy fee of 25% that cancels the previous point, this fee must be payed at the begining of the commissioning process and I must be promptly informed that you wish the work remains private.

I have all the right to decline any commission I may not feel comfortable with as well as stop a commission if the client is been rude, demanding, unreasonable or otherwise unpleasant.

Please remember that the style I work with is realistic, colors may vary because of lighting conditions; I may also slightly alter some things on your character(s) to favor the overall look, style and composition of the final illustration. Extremely Toony designs and bright colors may have a harder time translating into this style.

For security reasons I will not send the original file, this includes photoshop, krita or procreate files

Prices

Keep in mind this are all base prices and may increase depending on the complexity of the character design, background, props, clothing, etc.
Base price includes a simple background. Example of simple backgrounds are walls, windows, curtains, simple furniture sky, blured elements...
Examples of complex backgrounds are nature, landscapes, specific architecture, heavily adorned furniture, cities or towns...Other things that raise pricesA big prop (over the size of the character) will be considered as an extra character and charged as such.

Heavily adorned clothing and fullbody armor.
Scene/full illustration, this is a complex story-telling driven illustration. It may include complex backgrounds, multiple characters and many props.

Please provide as much visual reference as you can, this includes a detailed reference sheet or photograph, pose, clothing, accessories, color squeme, mood board etc.
Before starting, payment must be covered in full in simple pieces or 50% on big/complex artwork.
